We want to make your dental visit as comfortable as possible. Here are some of our office policies to help reduce the chance of suprises. Please make yourself familiar with these policies to make your first visit easier.
Our Mission
We as a team focus on our patients’ needs and desires. The patient is our top priority and is involved in his or her treatment decisions. Treatment is carried out in the most thorough and gentle manner possible using the latest technology and education. Our goal is for every patient to become a referral source for our practice.
Office Hours
We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday – Thursday:
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment and appreciate your cooperation. For your convenience we have several confirmation and reminder options to help you arrive at your appointment on schedule. Whether you prefer email, text message or phone call you can personalize your reminder preferences at our Patient Connect Portal.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
More about insurance...
It's natural for people to consider dental insurance to be similar to medical insurance. However, unlike most types of insurance, dental insurance is not really insurance at all. It's more like a co-payment plan. While most insurance exists to protect us from catastrophic and expensive losses, dental insurance has a relatively low cap on annual benefits (usually $1,000 or $1,500 per year). Dental insurance is most beneficial for preventive care and small fillings. Therefore, to get the most out of your insurance, your best plan is to follow your dentist's recommendation for regular exams and hygiene care.
Remember, not all problems are preventable, but routine care can reduce your chances of having larger problems.
